About me
Sandra Norman believes in sharing knowledge and fostering an understanding of how evidence based instruction informs classroom practice. As the parent of a child with dyslexia, Sandra has passionately embraced evidence based reading and writing instruction and has a wealth of knowledge and expertise to share from her 25 years of classroom experience. With a degree in Education; a specialization in Early Childhood Education; and a degree in child psychology; when her daughter was diagnosed with dyslexia and she was determined to learn even more about teaching students how to read. Sandra spent a year training as a Dyslexia Therapist at William Carey University; and recently received her Masters of Reading Science at Mount St Joseph University.
